The Century Club of Rochester + Chapel Hill - Rochester Wedding | Nick + Teaghen

Married July 6th, 2019

This year July + September are my two busiest months so I’m really pushing myself to stay on top of EVERYTHING! July is the month of my mom’s and my birthday so balancing work and free time can be really hard at times. The first time I met Nick + Teaghen was a few days before their wedding day at a cafe in the Finger Lakes. They decided having more time on their wedding day was more important than an engagement session so I wanted to be sure I met with them before the big day! I instantly connected with them and although I didn’t know much about their story, I knew they have been together for a long time by just meeting them. These high school sweethearts ADORE each other and being a part of their wedding day was such an honor.

It rained for a good portion of the beginning of the day so we found a nice covered area on the porch of the Century Club of Rochester to do their first look. The pure joy and happiness of their first look was so sweet and I knew they were going to be a breeze to photograph all day long. We wanted to cool off a little so were took some portraits with the bridal party in the bridal suite before heading back outside. The rain decide to stop right when we were going to attempt to do some outside and it stayed clear the rest of the day!!! No clear umbrellas were needed! Their ceremony took place right around the corner at Chapel Hill (one of my favorite churches in the Rochester area)! Soon after the ceremony we drove over to the Memorial Art Gallery to do some more pictures and headed to the reception! I loved that everything was all right in the same part of the city. For their golden hour we decided to take a little walk down the street to chase the golden light that came out of nowhere!!! It was such a treat seeing them enjoy all the cheering people and honking cars as we took some beautiful photos! I hope you both are enjoying your honeymoon!!!! Congratulations Nick + Teaghen!
