Shadow Lake - Rochester Wedding | Rob + Megan

Shadow Lake seems to be a popular venue for 2018 and to start it off was Rob + Megan's wedding! Like every wedding day, I like to watch the weather... and for these two rain showers were a 25 to 75% chance of rain on and off all day. I'm no going to complain about a perfect overcast, BUT I really was hoping the rain would be nice to us for their first look until the start of their cocktail hour. Luckily, the rain was only a light sprinkle and as soon as the ceremony ended... it started to rain hard. I've never had a ceremony in the rain so I'm glad I had my rain coat and camera cover. The umbrellas added the most romantic touch to their photos and now I'm not even slightly afraid to see rain in the forecast. Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your special day and for being the biggest champs for going with the flow and not letting the rain bring you down!
