High Falls - Rochester Engagement Session | Ryan + Ashley

This engagement session reminded me why I added engagement sessions to a majority of my wedding packages (and why next year all will have them included.) Some times I forget the couples who book me for their wedding days aren't familiar to being in front of a camera. I have to admit that I'm a little nervous myself for my photo session with my boyfriend at the end of this month AND I do this full time. Ashley was super nervous and mentioned her fiancée, Ryan, wasn't a huge fan of being in pictures. They have only a handful of pictures together since they first started dating so I wanted to make sure they were comfortable and had nothing to worry about. Engagement sessions allow all those nerves to disappear before the big day and I promise... you'll learn super quick!!! I even had one of my past brides from 2017 text me a picture of her husband with his thumb in his pocket! Made me so proud!!! For Ryan + Ashley's session we met near by the High Falls in Rochester. (Super pumped I'm going back their soon for a senior portrait session too!!!) It was my first time exploring that area for a session so I loved finding new spots and trying out new ideas.
