Canandaigua Lakefront Property - Finger Lakes Wedding | Andrew + Caitlin

Later last fall I received a sweet email wondering if I had availability for a certain date this year and although I was fully booked and wasn’t looking to take on any more weddings, I knew I had to be a part of Andrew + Caitlin’s intimate wedding. Funny thing is COVID-19 happened in between then and now and their intimate wedding became an actual requirement for all couples getting married this year. These two always knew they wanted to keep it small and all about them and their love for one another. We had to reschedule their engagement session so many times because I wasn’t able to start shooting until the end of May, but it all worked out so their sweet pup, Toby, could be there as well. We started the day at their family’s home located in Canandaigua, NY and then we drove a few minutes down to their other property on the water for their ceremony and photos. Caitlin and her dad arrived by boat as both her brothers helped them to shore to marry her best friend and now husband!! The sweet touches of the remembrance candle and the wind chime hanging on a nearby tree were some of my favorite touches in honor of Caitlin’s mom. Although there was an excessive heat warning, we made the best of the day and finished with a little boat ride!!! Congratulations to you both and your loved ones and I hope you love these images!!!!
