Lately I’ve been enjoying these slower days with not as much going on and taking more time for myself. Some people don’t appreciate the winter as much as I do, but I’m all about the pretty snow. Unfortunately or fortunately, these two didn’t get a super cold, snowy winter wedding and had a warmer 45 degree day!!! We started the afternoon at the School 31 Lofts (right around the corner from their venue) where everyone was getting ready. We set up their first look and went over to the Memorial Art Gallery for some photos with their bridal party before meeting their family at their venue for pictures. It was my first time at the Jack Rabbit Club so I was excited to work with their amazing coordinator, Joelle, and to shoot in their beautiful industrial space. Jesse and Melissa also booked the band, Silver Arrow, which was great having live music as a part of their wedding. But my absolute favorite part of their day was seeing them spending time with their baby boy, Silas!!! He was an angel all day long and when my couples focus on what truly matters for their day… my heart just melts!!!! Thank you so much for having me be a part of your wedding day!!
