Gosnell Big Woods Preserve + Webster Park - Rochester Engagement Session | Mac + Olivia

Today I was super fired up about wedding vendors taking my photos without properly crediting me. It’s been an issue I’ve been running into a ton lately and it makes me so mad because:

#1. IT TAKES TWO SECONDS TO CREDIT SOMEONE’S WORK

#2. THEY DIDN’T PAY TO USE THEM

I appreciate it when clients tag and/or credit my photography when using it on social media, but for wedding vendors…. it is not okay to take a photographer’s work and not properly credit them. I’ve been getting a ton of responses on Instagram because I posted something on my story and if you are running into this problem like me, stand up for yourself and call them out.

After my rant was over I started finishing this couple’s engagement session and I was instantly brought to ease. Their cuteness calmed me down and I’m so thankful hahaha. Olivia found me through one of her friend’s (my gorgeous bride, Bri), and I can’t wait to see them again. Mac and Olivia are two of the kindest people and their joy and happiness from meeting them at Dylan + Bri’s wedding for the first time to their engagement session has me so excited for their wedding day to officially get here! We started at Gosnell Big Woods Park and ended at Webster Park. The evening was gorgeous and I’m so thankful because they traveled far that weekend to come home for their engagement session. I hope you both LOVE these images and I can’t wait to work with you guys again!!!!
