Fell's Point - Baltimore Wedding | Frank + Christina

Married September 26th, 2020

I hope you are ready for a crazy story because this one still kind of blows my mind!!! I graduated high school with Christina and her best friend is my girl, Jenny, who does hair for a ton of my boudoir ladies and of course my hair!! When Christina and Frank first got engaged, I was already booked for their wedding day. Then COVID-19 happened and my 2020 wedding season completed flipped. A ton of my couples changed plans including my couple who was originally booked for September 26th, 2020. They ended up postponing until 2021 so I no longer had anything planned for the Saturday. My one couple who lives in Baltimore, MD decided to also postpone, but they wanted to elope on their original date… September 25th. We booked tickets so I could fly down and photograph their elopement and I was so excited about my first out of state wedding so I posted it to my Instagram stories. Christina saw it and asked if I needed any recommendations while I visit and that she also was postponing their wedding, BUT ELOPING IN BALTIMORE TOO!!!! My memory is kind of nuts and of course, I remembered she was the day after my one couple who was also eloping in the Baltimore area. She needed a photographer so guess who they booked… ME!!! As much as COVID-19 has messed up this year, I honestly can’t still believe how perfectly this fell into place.

For Frank and Christina’s wedding day, we met outside their apartment complex to do their first look on the most beautiful rainy morning. Rainy weddings might be daunting to some, but I LOVE rainy wedding days so I knew it was going to be beautiful. Since we were at their apartment, we decided to go up to get a few photos with their fur baby before walking over to the ceremony site a couple of blocks away. The weather cleared up as soon as we left and after the ceremony we took a bunch of photos with their family and bridal party. I’m so thankful I was able to be a part of this perfect day!!! Congratulations Frank + Christina!!!
