Climbing Bines - Finger Lakes Wedding | Craig + Brieana

Every once in awhile I get a wedding inquiry that stands out to me over the rest. Of course I always look at the date to see if I’m available, but I love reading the little stories some of my couples leave for me. Craig + Brieana first met on eHarmony and on their first date they found out that they were both planning the 40th anniversary for each of their parents. Come to find out on their second date that their parents were married on the same exact date... August 25th! Five years later and now they all share anniversaries with one another. How special is that?!!

The day started at Belhurst Castle where I hung out with Brie and her lovely ladies before heading to their venue at Climbing Bines. I’ve been to Climbing Bines before some beer tasting so I knew it was going to be a ton of fun with awesome views of Seneca Lake. I love that you both thought to include your parents’ first dance songs into the night and the best man’s “speech” has to be one of my all-time favorite memories of my wedding season so far. Anyone who is creative enough to remake “Come Together” by the Beatles into the perfect song about the newly weds is pure genius!!! Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph this important day.
