Trevor + Candace | Onondaga Lake

For awhile, photographing someone's proposal has been on my photography bucket list. When Trevor reached out to me I was overjoyed with excitement. He knew he wanted to propose to Candace at a park in Syracuse, but he needed help catching the special moment and making it perfect.

We drove up a few days before he planned on proposing and we scoped out the best spot for him to get down on one knee. Candace knew who I was so I was worried she recognize me or see me before it happened. I tried coming up with some sort of undercover look, but all I could come up with was a hat and sunglasses. 

An hour after I left, she posted their engagement on Facebook! And a week later he gave her the photographs in front of her family. Such a thoughtful idea!!!
